For Your Eyes Only (1981)

Melina Havelock, played by Carole Bouquet
A naval ship has been sunk by a naval mine. A communicating device that controls balistic missles, was on that ship. MI6 makes it their top priority to recover the communicator before someone else steals it. Bond is sent to investigate the sinking and recover the ATAC.

MI6 hired a marine biologist, Sir Timothy Havelock, to locate the ship. On his private yacht, Havelock is killed by a Cuban assassin, Hector Gonzalez. Bond travels to Spain to locate the hitman.

While at Gonzalez's private villa, Bond is captured by guards. He manges to escape after Gonzalez is hot by an arrow by an unknown assassin. Bond discovers that the daughter of Havelock, Melina, traveled to Spain and killed Gonzalez. The two escape Spain, and travel back to London.
Miles Columbo, played by Chaim Topol

At MI6 headquarters, Bond identifies a man that he saw at the villa as Emile Loque. He travels to Italy where Loque is stationed.

Bond meets a man named Kristatos, who informs him that Loque works for Miles Columbo, a drug dealer. At Columbo's restaruant, Kristatos and Bond discuss what Bond has to do with Columbo. Unbeknownst to them, Columbo is recording their conversation.

Bond leaves with a woman and goes to her house. He spends the night, and in the morning he is captured by Columbo's men. When Bond meets Columbo, face to face, Bond learns that Kristatos is the real enemy, and was trying to eliminate his competition by using Bond as his personal hitman.

Eventually, Kristatos aquires the ATAC, and he plans to sell it to the KGB. Will Bond be able to stop Kristatos? Watch For Your Eyes Only to find out!
Aris Kristatos, played by Julian Glover

I really enjoyed watching this movie. Columbo was really funny when he met Bond personally for the first time. "By having a British secret agent doingn his dirty work for him, they [British governement] might just give him [Kristatos] another medal!" Towards the end of the movie, Bond has to climb a cliff, and at times he almost slipped off. Roger Moore actually did this stunt, which was really cool.
