For Your Eyes Only (1981)

Melina Havelock, played by Carole Bouquet
A naval ship has been sunk by a naval mine. A communicating device that controls balistic missles, was on that ship. MI6 makes it their top priority to recover the communicator before someone else steals it. Bond is sent to investigate the sinking and recover the ATAC.

MI6 hired a marine biologist, Sir Timothy Havelock, to locate the ship. On his private yacht, Havelock is killed by a Cuban assassin, Hector Gonzalez. Bond travels to Spain to locate the hitman.

While at Gonzalez's private villa, Bond is captured by guards. He manges to escape after Gonzalez is hot by an arrow by an unknown assassin. Bond discovers that the daughter of Havelock, Melina, traveled to Spain and killed Gonzalez. The two escape Spain, and travel back to London.
Miles Columbo, played by Chaim Topol

At MI6 headquarters, Bond identifies a man that he saw at the villa as Emile Loque. He travels to Italy where Loque is stationed.

Bond meets a man named Kristatos, who informs him that Loque works for Miles Columbo, a drug dealer. At Columbo's restaruant, Kristatos and Bond discuss what Bond has to do with Columbo. Unbeknownst to them, Columbo is recording their conversation.

Bond leaves with a woman and goes to her house. He spends the night, and in the morning he is captured by Columbo's men. When Bond meets Columbo, face to face, Bond learns that Kristatos is the real enemy, and was trying to eliminate his competition by using Bond as his personal hitman.

Eventually, Kristatos aquires the ATAC, and he plans to sell it to the KGB. Will Bond be able to stop Kristatos? Watch For Your Eyes Only to find out!
Aris Kristatos, played by Julian Glover

I really enjoyed watching this movie. Columbo was really funny when he met Bond personally for the first time. "By having a British secret agent doingn his dirty work for him, they [British governement] might just give him [Kristatos] another medal!" Towards the end of the movie, Bond has to climb a cliff, and at times he almost slipped off. Roger Moore actually did this stunt, which was really cool.

Moonraker (1979)

Hugo Drax, played by Michael Lonsdale
A space shuttle, manufactured by Drax Industries, has been stolen, and Bond is called to investigate.

Bond travels to Drax Industries and meets the owner, Hugo Drax, and Dr. Holly Goodhead. Dr. Goodhead is an astronaut, and shows Bond around the complex. Soon they enter the centrifuge chamber. This measures how much G-force experienced when shot off into space. Bond decides to try it.

As soon as Dr. Goodhead closes the door, Drax's assassin says the Drax wants to speak with Dr. Goodhead. She leaves, and the assassin operates the centrifuge. Just as it hits 13 G's, and Bond is about to pass out, he disables the machine with a dart gun attached to his wrist.

Bond travels to Venice, where Drax has been making glass structures that hold a nerve gas. Bond discovers that Drax plans to ship these containers of nerve gas to space with him. In space, Drax will send them out to a certain part of the Earth, killing every single human being and creating a master race with his selected "Adams  and Eves".

Will Bond stop Drax from creating his"master race"? Watch Moonraker to find out!

Moonraker was not even thought of until the success of Star Wars. For Your Eyes Only was supposed to follow The Spy Who Loved Me. I really enjoyed this movie. The centrifuge chamber is really cool. Roger Moore did an excellent job showing how the g-force was affecting him, even though he didn't actually experience it.   Jaws also returns in Moonraker, and he remains one of my favorite characters in the 007 series. Watching him cut a steel cable with his teeth was incredible.

The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)

Anya Amasova, played by Barbara Bach
A British missile submarine, along with a Russian submarine, suddenly disappear. 007 is assigned to investigate the disappearance.

Bond discovers that a microfilm containing information on a complex submarine tracking device is for sale in Egypt. There, he meets Major Anya Amasova, who works for the KGB. The two team up since their commanders have created a temporary to truce to recover their submarines.

AS they journey across Egypt, Bond and Amasova meets Jaws, an assassin hired to kill anyone that comes into contact with the microfilm. They escape, and soon learn that Karl Stromberg, an anarchist, is behind the theft of the micro film.

Bond and Amasova travel to Sardinia where Stromberg's base is located. Bond sets up an interview with Stromberg, disguising himself as a deep-water fish researcher. Stromberg finds out Bonds real identity after the interview, and orders Jaws to kill them. Bond and Amasova escape Jaws yet again.
Jaws, played by Richard Kiel

Bond and Jaws
The U.S. Navy becomes involved, and Bond and Amasova team up with a crew on a U.S. submarine to research Stromberg's base known as Atlantis. The submarine is caught by Stormberg's over-sized ship named the Liparus. As the crew, Bond, and Amasova are captured, Stromberg reveals that he is going to use the missiles from the other two ships to destroy Moscow and New York City. This would start a nuclear war between the Soviets and the United States.

Will Bond escape and save the world from a nuclear war? Watch The Spy Who Loved Me to find out!

I  liked this Bond movie. In one scene, Bond drives his car directly into the sea, and it converts into a submarine. Jaws does not say one word in the movie; he just uses facial expressions. His mouth full of metal, razor sharp teeth is really cool.
